RETURN POLICY
JJ Winters prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately.
Defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund ONLY if pre-approved by JJ Winters.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached, and the original receipt/proof of purchase.
Returns received within 14 days from purchase will be eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment. Returns received after 14 days will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns, refunds, store credits and exchanges may be made at the discretion of JJ Winters.
NOTE: Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS
Please e-mail info@jjwinters.com with your order number for authorization of return, exchange or store credit. If you want to exchange for another item, it needs to be the exact price on your receipt or additionally charges may apply. Please put ‘RMA REQUEST’ in the subject, and attach a picture of the defective item for faster processing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $15 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
FREE shipping on all orders to the continental United States via UPS Ground.
Orders shipped outside the continental United States are subject to shipping and handling fee.
All orders will ship within 5-7 business days after the order has been received.
We do not process orders over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday will not usually ship until Monday.
Transit time is approximately 4-7 business days from ship date, and arrival time is not guaranteed.
We do not ship to PO Boxes and we do not ship Internationally at this time.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order is placed. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.
NOTE: There may be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.
REFUND PROCESS
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
